my dog didn't have the operation today. Instead my parents were told that she has metastases all over her lungs. she could have from about a day to a week until the breathing problems start, once they do they're going to have to bring her in to put her down.
I feel like such a bad person for wishing it was already over, to be able to move beyond grief....

Don't feel like a bad person hon, you're not.
its ok by prolonging grief you don't become a worst person.

thank you. I'm holding up quite well actually. it's just that this waiting feels horrible. I feel weird. But I still have to keep on living my life.
how are you doing? do something nice and distract yourself.
